About the Internship:
- Duration: 24-month internship (from 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2026).
- Partnership: In partnership with INSETA (Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority).
- Objective: Provides practical workplace experience for unemployed graduates in Information Technology or similar fields.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The successful applicant will engage in a rotational program within the Information Technology Department.
Requirements:
- Completed a relevant Information Technology Degree or NQF Level 7 qualification.
- African, Coloured, Indian Female aged 34 years and less.
- Currently unemployed.
- Clean criminal and credit record.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in developing a career in insurance.
- Should not have previously participated in a learnership or internship.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, deadline-driven, and capable of delivering quality work.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, innovative, and enthusiastic.
- Initiative-taking ability, good administration skills.
